About the role
We're looking for a UI/UX designer to shape the web and mobile products we build for clients across healthcare, retail, real estate and government. You'll work in a small squad with developers and a project manager, lead design from early research to polished Figma files, and make sure what ships looks and feels as good as the prototype.
You'll split your week between our Business Bay office and home, and present your work directly to clients.
What you'll do
- Run discovery workshops, user interviews and usability tests with clients
- Map user journeys, wireframes and flows before moving into visual design
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces in English and Arabic (RTL)
- Build and maintain Figma design systems that developers love to use
- Prototype key interactions and test them with real users early
- Review builds with developers and sweat the details before launch
What we're looking for
- ✓3+ years designing digital products, ideally in an agency
- ✓A portfolio showing your process, not just the final screens
- ✓Expert Figma skills, including components, variables and auto layout
- ✓Experience designing bilingual interfaces with RTL layouts
- ✓A solid grasp of accessibility and WCAG guidelines
- ✓Confident presenting and defending design decisions to clients
