Digital Melon provides IT and digital services to businesses, including software development, ready-made industry software, web and mobile app development, UX/UI design, digital marketing, and support and maintenance. Any project or subscription is governed by a separate proposal, contract or service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

04Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the Website in any way that breaks UAE law or any other applicable law, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumors and Cybercrimes

10Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

  • No waiver: if we do not enforce a right or provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of it.
  • Severability: if a court finds any provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
  • Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Website, and replace any earlier agreements about it.
  • Language: these Terms are written in English. If they are translated into Arabic or another language and the versions differ, the English version prevails to the extent UAE law allows.
