About the role
We're looking for a project manager to keep our client projects on time, on budget and on good terms. You'll run two to three squads of designers and developers building web and mobile products for clients in healthcare, retail and government, be the main point of contact for clients, and turn big ideas into clear, achievable sprints.
You'll work from our Business Bay office, close to the team and the clients you look after.
What you'll do
- Run 2–3 client projects at once from kick-off to launch and support
- Plan sprints, write user stories and keep the Jira board honest
- Lead weekly client updates, demos and steering meetings
- Track scope, budget and timelines, and flag risks before they bite
- Work with designers and developers to unblock work every day
- Write clear statements of work and handle change requests fairly
What we're looking for
- ✓3+ years managing software projects, ideally in an agency
- ✓Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum and Jira or similar tools
- ✓Confident managing client expectations, budgets and tricky talks
- ✓Enough technical knowledge to follow web and mobile discussions
- ✓Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong bonus
- ✓Calm, organised and happy to own the outcome
