About the role
We're looking for a senior React developer to lead the front end of the web platforms we build for clients across healthcare, retail and fintech. You'll work in a small cross-functional squad with a designer, back-end engineers and a project manager, own technical decisions on the front end, and mentor two to three developers.
You'll split your week between our Business Bay office and home, and work directly with clients on discovery and demos.
What you'll do
- Lead front-end architecture for client web apps built with React and Next.js
- Turn Figma designs into fast, accessible, pixel-perfect interfaces
- Review code, set standards and mentor 2–3 mid-level developers
- Work with back-end engineers on API contracts and data fetching
- Join client discovery calls and demo progress every sprint
- Improve performance, Core Web Vitals and test coverage across projects
What we're looking for
- ✓4+ years building production apps with React and TypeScript
- ✓Solid experience with Next.js, SSR/SSG and modern state management
- ✓Strong CSS skills, including responsive and RTL layouts
- ✓Experience with testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
- ✓Comfortable owning technical decisions and explaining them to clients
- ✓Fluent English; Arabic or Urdu is a bonus
