THE CHALLENGE

Delicate craft, busy feeds

Aster Society sells Oya — a traditional handmade lace jewellery of needle-worked flowers, leaves and beads. Every necklace, bracelet and pair of earrings is small, detailed and made by hand.

That detail is easy to miss in a fast-moving feed. We needed content that shows the craft up close, reaches people who love handmade, unique jewellery across the USA, and brings them to the website.

Research firstContent was based on research into competitor activity and the brand’s own website.
Three calendars per platformSeparate content calendars for Facebook, Instagram and X, planned month by month.
Organic and paidThe audience was built with both organic posting and paid activity on every channel.
HOW WE DID IT

One craft, three channels

01

Facebook: engaging content and paid likes

We created engaging posts around each piece — ‘Festival Blossom’, ‘Aegean Iris’, ‘Lavender Turkish Pine’ — and grew likes and followers with paid activity. Facebook reach grew to 77,449 people, up from 53,290 the period before.

Our process

01RESEARCHPlanCompetitor activity and the website shaped three content calendars.
02CONTENTCreateClose-up creatives showed each handmade piece.
03ORGANIC & PAIDGrowPaid likes, trending hashtags and regular posting built the audience.
04ANALYSISImproveFacebook engaged the most, so the next plan moves more of that traffic to the website.
THE RESULTS

In four months Aster Society reached 77,449 people on Facebook and 113,468 on Instagram, with 180,400 Instagram impressions and 1,222 followers. Facebook engaged the most, so the next plan uses paid campaigns and holiday promotions to move that audience to the website.
